Today we had our meeting at church and when I weighed I stayed the same inspite of Thanksgiving....I think that is a real blessing I just hope I have a good week next week our ladies are doing so well God is really blessing our group Remember to put God first in all things.
I can do all things through christ which strengtheneth me phil. 4-13

Amen!! I was so disappointed in myself after the weigh-in but I need to remember that I could have done worse. So I really should be thankful for any results I get...even if I gain. I'm so glad you are enjoying this group and are being encouraged by it. I know I am too. I love you and am praying for you!!
Thank you for your prayers I sure need them. I am praying for you too. I just hope next week don't show up a gain cause sometimes when you eat something it want show up till next week.
