HEY TODAY IS GOING GOOD.... GOD IS REALLY MOVING IN THIS AREA IN MY LIFE, I GIVE HIM ALL THE GLORY. I KNOW HE IS HELPING ME THROUGH ALL THIS CAUSE BEFOUR I JUST FAILED AT THIS SAME WAY OF EATING, I DON'T WANT TO SAY DIET CAUSE THE FIRST THREE LETTERS IN DIET IS DIE AND AFTER A WHILE IF A PERSON IS ON A DIET IT WILL SOON DIE OUT FAZE OUT.
I AM SO THANKFUL THAT GOD HAS INSPIRED SIS. KAREN TO DO THIS.... GOD IS SUCH A GOOD GOD.
I KNOW GOD IS HELPING ME I CAN FEEL THE PRAYERS, CAUSE USUALLY I AM REALLY HUNGRY WHEN I TRY TO START ANYKIND OF HEALTHY EATING.
LADIES KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND KEEP PRAYING I LOVE EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU.

Amen!! I can feel the prayers too!! The Lord is helping each of us...>I know He is!! I can't wait till Sunday to see how we all did this week. What a blessing it would be if we all still lost some weight in spite of the Thanksgiving holiday food.
